Donna Pederson’s Biography:
I grew up, the youngest of eleven children, in Massachusetts. I loved going with my mother to her weekly salon visits. I was fascinated watching the stylists manipulate hair into works of art. It made sense to me. I knew that’s what I wanted to do.
I went to the local Vocational, Technical High School, (much to my father’s chagrin) to pursue Cosmetology. I was fortunate to have talented instructors who taught me the importance of perfecting my basics, and practice, practice, PRACTICE.
After apprenticing and working as a stylist in Boston for 8 years, I made the move to Florida. As a Master Colorist, I live and work in an area that lets me practice my craft to my fullest extent.
I love what I do. I feel privileged and honored to be a part of our industry.

I am Julie Hill. I dream, I create, and I live to be inspired.
The project began long ago as a dream – a dream of bringing visions alive for women, brides, and stylists. And through our own inspiration, we were able to make this dream a reality.
After many 10 to 12 hour days, long photo shoots, and lots of learning, Bliss was born.

Scott, “Scotty” Bentley is the owner and creative director of Bentley Salon. Scott has traveled nationally and internationally as a platform artist and educator. Not only is he an everyday stylist, he is also the mastermind behind the B-Concept Artistic Team, the creator of the annual Always Moving Forward (AMF) hair show in April, and the originator of the B-Concept Educational DVD. He offers the same passion to his clients by showing them the versatility of their hair so they can re-create the look at home. Together with his talented and ambitious salon team, he is constantly involved with local designers in local fashion shows by helping coordinate the hair and make-up. By doing this he is helping promote the emerging salon subculture in the Tampa Bay area.
